Services

Service support that starts with how your screening circuit actually runs.

Sweco service is built for operators who want direct answers, controlled downtime, and a clear line between equipment condition and production goals. The team begins with the duty profile rather than a generic maintenance menu: feed distribution, media life, vibration behavior, access limits, and spare part criticality are reviewed together so the recommendation remains useful to maintenance, operations, and purchasing.

Application review

Engineers confirm throughput, aperture target, moisture behavior, bulk density, and upstream feed presentation before recommending a screen package or replacement media. The result is a short technical note your plant team can challenge and approve.

02

Shutdown planning

Service plans map crew access, lifting points, fastening method, and parts availability to the actual shutdown window. This keeps the work package tight and reduces the risk of discovering missing details during a planned stop.

03

Lifecycle support

Sweco tracks media wear, bearing checks, vibration readings, and repeat failure symptoms so each service cycle improves the next one. The goal is fewer surprises, not longer reports.

Process flow

Five steps from data to practical action.

1

Capture duty

Material, feed curve, moisture, target cut, and current bottleneck are documented in a shared brief.

2

Check fit

Screen area, deck angle, support structure, discharge paths, and maintenance envelope are reviewed.

3

Define scope

The team separates must-have changes from optional improvements so purchasing stays focused.

4

Prepare work

Parts, access, lifting, and acceptance checks are arranged before the stop begins.

5

Verify result

Throughput, carryover, media behavior, and operator feedback are compared against the original brief.

Every service recommendation must be traceable to a site constraint.

If a proposed action does not connect to uptime, safety, product quality, maintenance access, or measurable operating risk, it is removed from the work scope.

Service request

Share the symptoms before they become outage drivers.

Describe pegging, blinding, carryover, bearing temperature, structural noise, media wear, or feed surges. Sweco will respond with the information needed to triage the issue and identify the next site action.
